Ruth Compere, M.A., (IMH 18363)

Ruth Compere is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH 18363). Through this journey called life we all face many struggles and difficulties. If and when not dealt with, these struggles can make it difficult to function. You may be left believing there is no ending and feeling afraid, depressed, overwhelmed, and depleted. Whether you experience all or some of these emotions, your fears and concerns are valid and I want to join you through the healing process.

I am committed to helping others as they walk through difficult seasons of their life. As a mental health therapist, I am passionate about helping anyone seeking assistance to live their life to the fullest. I have specialized in working with teens and adults struggling with eating disorders, depression, sexual abuse/trauma,
domestic violence, interpersonal conflict, divorce/separation, and relationship issues.

I seek to provide compassion, knowledge and empower every individual I work with. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals, adolescents, and couples. I utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Bowen Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to assist clients in making the best decisions for themselves.

You have already taken the most difficult step by deciding to begin this journey and I am here to walk along with you. I offer a free phone consultation, as I want to be sure that you have an understanding of the process and ensure you are at ease. I look forward to connecting with you.  Call or email me today.
