Jeanette Balayla is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (IMT3753) and the co-founder of RedsGoGreen, a method, and movement dedicated to promoting healthy relationships with food through the use of new techniques developed by the team. Jeanette graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2018 and obtained a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University with a specialty in Solution-Focused Coaching in the summer of 2022. 

After years of education in the mental health field and a long journey to self-discovery and self-love, Jeanette developed a practice in which she invites clients to explore their authenticity, improve their unique skills, and practice vulnerability in order to achieve positive change. 

At the moment, Jeanette works with clients 12 years of age and older through a combination of systemic approaches that allow clients to define their goals and find ways to accomplish them in a progressive and collaborative manner.
