Welcome to my profile! I’m a Registered Mental Health Intern with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of mental health and emotional wellness. I firmly believe that mental health is essential for a fulfilling life and overall well-being.

As a mental health intern, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients and honing my skills in various areas. My specialties include:

Family Issues: I understand the complexities of family dynamics and can help you navigate conflicts, improve communication, and foster healthier relationships within your family. Education: With a background in Education and Special Education (ESE), I can assist students, parents, and educators in addressing academic challenges, learning disabilities, and creating supportive environments for optimal learning. Group Therapy: Group therapy can be a powerful setting for healing and personal growth. I facilitate groups where individuals can share experiences, offer support, and learn from one another. Mental Health Conditions: Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or any other mental health condition, I provide evidence-based interventions to help you manage symptoms and improve your quality of life. Emotional Wellness: Emotional well-being is at the core of a fulfilling life. I offer strategies to enhance emotional intelligence, manage stress, and cultivate resilience.

Anger Management: If you’re struggling with anger and its impact on your life and relationships, I can provide effective techniques to help you gain control and find healthier ways to express your emotions.

Education and Qualifications

I hold master’s degrees in Education (ESE) and Mental Health, from Nova Southeastern University. I am also a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Capella University equipping me with a strong academic foundation and practical skills to provide comprehensive mental health services.
